I ordered a smoking jacket for Christmas for my husband. Jay Pratt's took the money from my visa on 11/13/07. I've emailed at least ten times, called at least ten times and never gotten a Response from them. Lost that $185. Don't order from them. Benita--My husband is so disappointed
