J.D. Byrider ripoff piece of junk car liars communication problem within company ripoff business from hell Dover Ohio
I got a car from J.D. Byrider in Dover, Ohio. They sold me a piece of s**t 92 oldmobile achieva that stalls all the time and shakes when you go over 65 mph on the highway.
Took the car in 5 different times for the same problem. Then I take the car back and demand for another car and the owner/manager of the dover J.D. Byrider yells and screams and gets in my face and we get in a agruement about the piece of s**t car they sold me. I had moved from New Phila. to Alliance and worked 50 hrs a week and they wouldn't give me a loaner car to drive while the other car was being fixed.
They come and repo. the car because I gave my new address and phone to a employee and she never updated it in the computer. I called them a couple of days ago to get the car fixed and they want me to drive the car down there.(When the piece of s**t won't make it there) And of course my payments are always a week early. What a way to treat a good costomer. Word of advice for anyone reading this......Don't ever go to J.D. Byrider in Dover, Ohio because they will con and cheat people with bad credit or no credit.

Same owner and employees go between the one in Dover and St.Clairsville, Ohio .Tony being the owner . I have dealt with this company for about 1 1/2 years and I have to say , I never again will . The only part good about the purchase of my piece of crap is some of the employees I have come to like there . Other then that , I have to say that I had less problems with my 1,500.00 car then this triple the blue book amount vehicle. They had me believe they fixed what was wrong every time, but I have to say , now driving it for a month after the so-called 'fixing it ' , I fail to believe what was wrong was fixed . More like rigged . Still having tranny problems , after a new battery and a new starter , a new wiring harness , tranny fluid changed at a hefty $80 , abs motorpack , wiring to my battery cable being new , wiring in my fusebox being new , and there is more , the car still isn't running right !!! So , I wish you luck . I have invested too much into this car to let it go only owing around 3200.00 and it did actually help my credit at the same time emptying my wallet on tows to Dover and wherever else it was towed . I KNOW the tow co. # like my own and know the guys by name !!! Pathetic that they should be aloud to continue to rip people off . I had told my family if I die because my Monte isn't safe , they know who to sue and sue they will !!
