JD Homes Property Mis-management, Slumlords, Looks are very deceiving, Liars, Frauds, Gold-diggers! They will say anything in order to get you to sign the lease. They do not repair! They do not care!!! Unscrupulous! Atlanta Metro and Surrounding, Georgia
JD Homes is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. David Floyd and Joseph Clanton are monsters without conscience. They will do anything to turn a buck and do not care who they hurt in the process. I am a mother of two small children and they leased me a home that is filled with mold and mildew. Throughout the rental process they both boasted about the great condition of the home. It is always damp and the walls sweat so I paid an inspector to inspect the home and found out it's true condition. I have been trying to reach Joseph Clanton and David Floyd for months now and they will not return my phone calls or emails. I will have to pay to move again and also pay for court and attorney fees to fight them in court.
WARNING: Do not do any business with this Destructive Duo. They seem professional and they even pull off coming across like human beings, but they're not! They are incarnates of the devil. BEWARE!!!!!
