I am still waiting for my refund. My credit card company is going after Rockkicks because of no refund and no merchandise. It is false to say that this company gives refunds. I have the documentation that rockkicks did not refund my money and Damon Bateman sent me an email stating that I needed to ask my credit card company for the money back. Rockkicks is a fraud and does not give refunds. I still haven't received one. I would like a receipt that shows you refunded my money. My credit card company still has no receipt of it. Damon Bateman from rockkicks.com is a fraud!

At the time that person purchased from us, we were having a problem with our credit card processing bank, and they frooze our account, so we could not get the money that was sent to us by customers, so we could not send out the products (no money = no products). SO THAT IS WHY WE SAID WE NEED TO GIVE YOU A REFUND!!!!!! SO BECAUSE WE GAVE YOU A REFUND WE ARE A SCAM?????? Does that make any sense? Of course not. If we are unable to provide merchandise, we issue refunds, like every other company. so how is that fraud? We update our site constantly, constantly post new tracking information proving that items are being sent out and delivered. I think that speaks for itself.
