Jen, I do not question why you ban me, nor do I desire to come back on your board, EVER.  You have irreparably violated my trust, posting my personal information. I would not even desire to read on your board, much less post. If you wish to left alone, then kindly leave other people alone. I did nothing to warrant your harassment and false accusations. I've been willing to let the past be past but you still carry it on. Personally, I don't find you worth wasting my time on.  You are sick, vindictive, and a whole slew of other adjectives I could use.  You owe me a public recantation of your words and a public apology. But I doubt you are woman enough for that.

I don't want you on my forum because you're too high maintenence. Everytime someone misunderstands you, I have to clean up the mess and quite frankly I refuse to do it anymore. I'm not present enough, and in adherance to MY terms of use agreement with Yuku, I have to take every reasonable measure to ensure I'm not allowing my members or myself to be harassed, verbally abused or accused of ridiculous things.

You said yourself on October 5th that you DO NOT want to be there. You've stated this both privately AND Publicly multiple times and done nothing more than associate us with vigilantism and stalking; so I don't understand why you STILL want to be there and why you STILL question why you were banned.

Get on with your life, move on to someone else. You have been reported and everything is being monitored by two police agencies - so dropping off the subject for thirty days and then coming right back with the same aggression and belligerence only makes you appear to be exactly what I suspect you to be.

FYI - I have NEVER globally banned anyone, I don't have the capability - it has to be done by team Yuku, so if that's what's happened, you can go harass, badmouth and stalk them because it is their decision to remove people from the entire yuku network, not mine.

This site is a sad excuse for a "ripoff informant" that refuses to remove my personal information even though it is my charter right as a Canadian and American's share a similar right. The host of this website as well as the host registrant, have been reported to the justice department as well as human rights international.

If "Jen"is such a truthful person, then why does she not want me on the board?? Why??  Because she posts falsehood, false accusations against me and does not give me a chance to defend myself. If I have something to say to someone, I simply come out and say it. I don't have to sneak behind her back. I am a member of watchingkarlahomolka. I am not a member of a cult. I find this site informative about the Karla Homolka case. The discussion in informative. The person writing this report clearly appears to be unbalanced. I am glad that such abusers of this site can be banned. I hope to continue discourse with my fellow member in the future.

Funny how the original poster sounds exactly like the other two reports that advocate for Katzzpaw...notice "POOR KATZZPAW" awwwww throwing a pity party for yourself I suppose. Wow, I hope katzzpaw files a police report. It seems this "jen" individual is getting more and more demented as time goes on. I hope "jen" doesnt go to katzzpaws house.

Jen as already stalked Katzzpaw and told the world that katzzpaw works for Canda Post and is retired, Jen also posted Katzzpaws REAL NAMES ... jen is getting creepier and creepier.

After reviewing all the forum comments, past and present, it seems to me like "Katzzpaw" is the victim of criminal harassment from the "jen" person.

I read most of the comments and Katzzpaw was expressing her opinions in a public serial killer forum. the creator of that forum "jen" didnt like katzzpaw's view points and so it seems "jen" was sending her private messages and harassing poor katzzpaw.

The individual "jen" seems to me like she is mentally unbalanced. All the comments above are from her friends / co- admins on the serial killer forum www.watchingkarlahomolka.yuku.com

the group is now set to private, the admins and creator continue to talk about katzzpaw behind her back on the forum. Yet the creator and admin dont like when others talk about them. They are extremely hypocritical and they continue to come to OMW's forum www.dealwiththedevil.yuku.com to cause mischief and to cause problems.

This "jen" individual is stirring up trouble and creating fake harassment allegations in order to get attention it seems in my opinion.

She is constantly taking jabs at Katzzpaw in order to intimidate her. It seems katzzpaw is the victim of criminal harassment and fake accusations.

The user "jen" aka "watchingkarlahomolka" believes she is a detecive and believes she knows the law, when in reality she has been exposed as a ranting raving crazy person, seeking attention in any way she can. How humiliating.

OMW can run her forum and she does NOT have to tell "jen" that people are making comments that might include her name. She seems to be getting more and more mentally ill and in my own personal opinion she needs to be on medicaton.

Telling lies and creating fake drama to gain attention is sad and humiliating, only a loser would do such things. Well, by the origional posters information this "jen" individual seems like a wack job.

So, let her write 10, 50, 100 page complaints to the police and to whoever else she wants, you see folks, its like when a kid who has A.D.D constantly has to cause trouble and do things in order to get attention, eventually it gets old and tiring. This report absolutely ridiculous both in it's blatantly malicious nature and it's 100% false content.

The report itself is as fraudulent as its writer, who has provided false information about their own identity and location, as well as a list of false accusations about myself.

This person is NOT from Los Angeles, in reality she is a 60 year old, retired, Canada Post worker from Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, Canada. Her name is Roberta Ludke, her most prolific online moniker is "Katzzpaw" but she uses many other ID's, which all relate somehow to her Italian heritage, cats and roses. (Hence the moniker created here)

It's quite audacious of her to accuse me of being a "serial killer groupie" simply for being the creator/owner of a website that provides information and education to visitors. While I focus mainly on providing the public with what they were deprived of as the result of a publication ban, I also focus on the more recent occurrences, her means of making a living, the fact that shes had three kids and her extremely general whereabouts.

Roberta is currently a Pro Karla Homolka poster, who greatly sympathizes with her and often aggressively defends her actions with respect to crimes she committed. This is part of the reason she was banned from my community a few months ago and repeatedly so since. Unfortunately this isnt where she started out, on June 29, 2005, days before Karla was released from prison, Roberta posted this on a blogcritics.org article entitled Homolka holds Canada hostage

I think its only fair that her information also be revealed, and further I will only provide rebuttal to what I can back up with fact via source links.

As the person being reported, I'm astounded that something so absolutely personally attacking and slanderous in nature could be allowed; she could never possibly provide proof of any kind and Im trying to understand how a site like this could allow for just anyone to be slenderized in such a manner without providing some kind of proof.

RE: Suggesting I would ask for money or credit card info: There is no instance of anyone being ripped off by myself or anyone related to my forum, which is self-maintained by Sponsors Ad's and does not require a membership fee. I have NEVER asked anyone for a dime, though Yuku does have an option to add a "contributor" button, which has been disabled for nearly three years. I have never asked for or been in receipt of credit card information, any donations made to the forum are made via a YUKU utility that is maintained and operated by Yuku and they do not share that information with board owners. Members of my board staff have provided copies of every single show ever aired regarding my forums subject, for FREE, to more than 100 persons over the last 5 years. A three DVD set that not only cost them quite a bit to produce, but also to ship, especially to countries outside Canada. These were being sold on Ebay for $50-$100, in a means to stop that person from profiting off the victims and the crimes, we flooded the interested population with FREE copies. I might add that another one of my staff had to actually purchase copies of the VHS tapes, convert them to DVD/VCD format and then pay to ship copies to members who requested them. The only real intent here is to destroy my reputation simply because this woman was banned from my discussion forum for attacks on members and staff for the SAME behavior exhibited in the report I'm now having to dispute.

This woman has cyber-stalked me, harassed me via private messages and email, she creates blogs that suggest Im everything from a serial killer fanatic to a thief, and shes created a literal one woman army of usernames to assist her in the process and this is merely an extension of that.

Revealing IPs: The accusations that I post people's IP addresses are grossly exaggerated and stem from her own insistence for me to prove to the population of the forum that she was another member who she had been claiming not to be. I refused because I didnt want to (*)share everyones IP addresses just to prove a point to her; but she persisted both on the forums and in private messages, so I shared the proof I had that they were one and the same person on all of her accounts.

I posted her HOST information, because she often changes proxys not realizing she can still be identified via her host info.

(*) Yuku provides owners/staff with a REVEAL IP tool, but it only allows owners/admins to reveal everyone's IP addresses to everyone else. They were all in the same IP range, service provider and host, however each ID logs a list of IP's used and this person was using IP's from all over the United States and other areas outside her own region, to create the impression that she was several other persons.

RE: Being delusional about subject related people visiting our forum: Its actually common sense, and often well-known when someone related comes to the forum. Be it a family member of one of the victims, one of the living victims, authors whove written books on the subject or the producer and creator of the only film on the subject ALL of these people have been present in my forum at one time or another, I dont know why its such a point of contention with this person.

RE: Police reports filed against me. No reports have been filed. I am in CONSTANT communication with police at work and have been advised that no matter which agency I was reported to, the matter would have been brought to my attention because its my right to be informed of allegations made against me.

Roberta: She claims a user by the name of "Katzzpaw" harasses her . NOT true. Jen Foster sends private messages to Katzzpaw and threatens Katzzpaw and she tries to bully and intimidate people.

These above two qutoed sentences are near absolute indication of the writers identity. I neednt say anymore in my own defense, because victims SHOULDNT need to defend themselves. This woman is depraved and I would appreciate it if Admins would remove this slanderous report.

I am a long time member of the forum in question as well as an administrator there. I have personally had to moderate instances of immaturity and to be honest that is what this is.  

The board under attack is run as a public service as well as an archive to serve the needs of those who are searching for answers of why, students who may be doing reports or writing a thesis on any number of things. We also have a discussion board which is meant for MATURE adults who wish to discuss their thoughts, feelings or insight on this one particular topic. It is not meant to be a kindergarten sandbox.

Over the years there has been many posters who have come and gone who do not like what we represent or the stance that most of us hold. Karla Homolka is a touchy subject. In my opinion, this report is a joke, a waste of time and obviously was filed out of anger. It is a personal attack on someone (Jen) because the filer of this ridiculous report feels they have been wronged. Over months and years, Jen has been attacked threatened and harassed but over the more recent past it has become gruelling. As an administrator, I myself have witnessed the immaturity and slandering that has been done. Our records indicate that the majority of it has been done by one particular poster.

I honestly feel that this report is completely inappropriate as this website seems to be for reporting businesses, companies and people who inflict direct acts of fraud. (Which is also why I believe the mention of money and credit cards were thrown into the original report. It bolsters the accusation of fraud, doesn't it? Making it 'legitimate" to spew their anger on a this particular website) There is absolutely no need for Jennifer or myself or any other mod to ask for money...we do not sell anything or ask anyone to contribute monetarily. Anything contributed is a members time or personal collections to be added to our archives.

I am 100% sure of the going-ons in this case and the report is nothing more than an outburst of frustration. This accuser has been banned from the forum and hopefully will be banned globally from the entire Yuku Network. The accuser has to be able to vent somewhere and unfortunately this is their chosen venue.

This "ripoff" report is absolutely ridiculous!  First of all, as the previous commenter mentionned, WatchingKarlaHomolka is not a company/business. It is an online discussion board. Furthermore, the board is FREE to read and contribute to, so I'm not really sure where the "ripoff" comes in?

WKH has amassed a rather impressive collection of community trolls, and some of those trolls have a nasty habit of using all avenues available to them in order to defame the creater of WKH (Ms. Foster), as well as the community as a whole. 

I have been a member of this community for almost two years now, and I have NEVER been asked for money or a credit card number. The claims "Gattino" has made are false, unfounded, and downright juvenile.

First of all, this is not about a business or a company, it is about a web based forum.

This user has been going to various Internet sites complaining about and harassing Jennifer Foster for the sole reason that Jennifer removed and banned her from her forum after this person created multiple IDs to badger, name call, and intimidate other forum members.

I request that this post be removed from your server as it is full of lies and nothing but vindictive and personal persecution.
