I ordered a pair of supra trainers from jerseysfinest.co.uk for my holiday. What I received can only be described as ridiculous. When they arrived, vacuum packed I might add, no box, they were definitely not what I had ordered. When I tried to check about returns on the website there really wasn't any facility. I found an email address on the site, to which I got no reply. Then I found an email in my confirmation email to which I also had no reply. Eventually I received an email from an unknown address, [email protected], asking me how they could help. Although strange I thought it might be the trainer people, and it was. They have since given me the run around, first asking for photographs to prove that what they delivered was indeed incorrect, as though I was lying and trying to con them. Then after asking for a replacement or my money back they told me I should send another £40 ( I had already paid £62) to receive my original order and I would also get a "special gift". They told me it was the delivery company's fault and because they couldn't afford it they couldn't give me my money back. I am still receiving emails from elainetradeonline@gmail telling me that instead of £40 then £30 would do, they also told me I could keep the trainers they sent me, these things are awful. I realise this is not a great sum of money, but it was still a rip off. I found a similar report on this site after a giggle search on elainetradeonline@gmail, almost identical circumstances to mine. That's what brought me here. Do not deal with these people.
