On April 28, 2014, I contacted Jet Lev about purchasing two of their products (Aquaflyer and Aquaboard). The CEO, Matt Rosenblatt, contacted me and provided me with wire instructions. I wired it that day. He said the product was in stock and would ship out that day.
After a week of not receiving anything, I contacted him via email and he gave me story about a production problem. There were several excuses and delays over the next month until I asked for my money back. At that point, their email address and phone number were disconnected.
Contacting his franchises, I was told that they have been having financial problems and that Matt is a dishonest character.
I found Matt's cell phone and called him. He assured me that I would get my product but continued making excuses. Te only way I was able to reach him was his cell phone. He broke off contact on June 2nd.

The so called CEO of Jetlev has taken over $10,000 from me and never delivered the product . I bought it in March of this year and have fallen into his scam. He quit emailing me and disconnected his phone number back in May. He owes the inventor of the Jetlev system ( ray li ) over $400,000 . We need to all stand together to this guy and pay him a visit to dania beach . Hes telling others he has new systems for sale in his shop and ready to be picked up. He took money from people for months and now he has the systems and is selling them again . If we dont take action , he will continue to keep doing the same thing to others.
