Having 30 sales people employed at this dealership it is very hard for us to hear everything that is said between a customer and a sales person. The two sales people that are mentioned are no longer employed at this dealership nor do they work for Jim Glover. It is not a practice here at this dealership to mislead or misrepresent any practices or products to anyone public or private. The individual who has written this rip off report was NOT sold a vehicle therefore was not ripped off. We pride ourselves in honesty serving the public with a great vehicle and the best possible service. As you well know you cannot keep everyone totally happy. No matter what you retail there will always be that one customer who misunderstands or misrepresents an experience, or may have a totally different view.
