John Moceyunas & Liu Fuentes Trying to Sale a Property for more than it's worth! Complete Lemon of a house!! Rip Off! Buyer Beware!! Coral Springs Florida
We had a verbal agreement to lease option a property from John Moceyunas. He refused access and ignored our requests for access to the property and when we decided not to do a deal with him, he starts calling and sending e-mails and we show him the same treatment he gave us by ignoring him, he cries about it. I highly suggest that no one buys this property from this man. He's a con man, and when he doesn't get his way, he cries about it. He's highly immature. And when he posted his blog, you should see the reply he sent, and you will see the immaturity I'm talking about.

PLease refer to the reports already posted for KACW Investments and or Way Home Investments for the complete story. Also in response to Ms Pearce's report please note the email that she sent to me admitting that she would file a false report. Judge for yourself. Here's her email: KACW Mail to John Moceyunas on 4/17/06 We don't really care. We've giving that other party 24 hours to remove their posting just like you. You will do it or face being sued and criminal prosecution for fraud, and yes we have proof, and we have our contract to back it up. And no, you never had a lockbox put on, you refused to put one on. And just for the fun of it, we will post a blog about you too, and make sure that it is completely false too. We also asked you not to harrass and you have, you can consider yourself reported to the Sheriff's Department. Your e-mail has been blocked, and I would love for you to try to respond again.
