Johnny Lee Harraman dead beat dad, child support arrears Climax Springs Missouri
Johnny Lee Harraman is the father of two girls, and a dead beat dad. Court ordered from a divorce in 2001 to pay $400 each month for child support, and in 5 years has made only one full monthly payment. He is currently almost $20,000 in arrears, and on probation for not paying child support. Mr. Harraman has served 120 days in jail for felony non-support of his daughters. His probation officer is apparently wrapped around his finger, because since his probation began in March 2005, he has continuously been in violation of his probation by not paying his monthly support.
Mr. Harraman is "system worker". How else can you explain his lifestyle of working for cash, filing for unemployment and workers compensation in the past, tax evasion for not filing federal tax returns since 2001, being $20,000 in arrears for child support, poaching and arrest for DWI - and still be paying no consequences?
Here's another bit of information. Mr. Harraman has also fathered a son (currently 15 months old) with his 13 years junior live-in girlfriend. Apparently he can afford to support his son.

UPDATE: May 2008, Mr. Harraman is now more than $24,000.00 in arrears on his child support, and is still not making payments. Having moved from Lake of the Ozarks to Sedalia, MO with his girlfriend and their 3-year old son, Mr. Harraman is creating a second family which he appears to also not be motivated to support. (They are expecting their second child together this summer). John Harraman has held numerous odd jobs for varying lengths of time, most of them for less than a year's time and for cash 'under the table'. Also, he has not filed tax returns to the IRS for the past several years. He is a convicted felon for non-support, yet the State of Missouri still does not actively pursue this case for enforcement.
