On Feb 14,2007 my nephew and myself went to johnny's to look at a vehicle for him. My nephew had no credit, and as the commercial says they would help. My nephew found a truck he really liked and he was turned down.

The sales account manager said if i cosigned he could get the truck. I also found a car i liked so i also bought a vehicle 2 days later. When we went in to do the contract the on the truck we were told that he would also be on the contract.

We found out a couple of months later he was not. He was also told after he paid payments for a year it would be put into his name. Well guess what it cannot be done, because the value on the truck is at over 119%, that should be 85%.

Now i found out i am losing my job as of May 31, 2008, and cannot get my loan refinanced, because his truck is on my credit. Something has to be done or i will loose my car.

This company should not be able to get away with this.

Just an update. I called Wells Fargo where I have my Auto loan for the 2006 PT Cruiser I bought, and was told that the car is only worth 8,900. I still owe 14,900 after paying on the car for a whole year. I have contacted Johnny's and noone there will even talk to me. I ask to speak to Johnny himself, and was told he does not take calls. So tell me how he can even know what his employees are doing. Or maybe he does, and he condones it. I think he is all about the money he does not care that hard working people like myself are being taken advantage of. I do take some responsibility myself, but when I told the sales agent this was the first time I had bought a fairly new car for myself in years he knew he had me. I know I should have done more researh and should not have said this was my first time in years buying a nice car for myself. They should take some responsibility for being crooks, that is all they are
