Jomashop Lies, Lies, and more Lies. NO WARRANTY ON ANY WATCH. Customer service=WHAT A JOKE New York New York
Jomashop is a huge SCAM site. They lie and lie to get your business but don't be fooled. They are not an authorized dealer of ANY watch. So...that = NO WARRANTY.
Like thousands before me, I found this out the hard way. The dive watch I purchased was sent back. All I can say is MISTAKE. The 6-8 week repair took over a year! It was by far the biggest hassle of my life trying to deal with these idiots. Believe me, every employee at Jomashop up to the head guy is a Moron and will Lie their a*s off.
I sent the watch back to the manufacturer first until I realized they were not an authorized dealer. They manufacturer agreed that the watch breaking was not my fault but Jomashop claimed that it was definitely my fault and I would have to pay.
Oh well, I said fine, I'll pay. Having contacted Jomashop several times a month, they still took over a year. And get this. When it was finally returned to me they sent it to the wrong address and never admitted any mistake. They said it was my problem and I would have to track down the watch at the address they sent it to.
So I eventually track down the watch to find out that after over a year and countless hours on the phone and countless e-mails, the watch was not even repaired.
I was so pissed. They told me over and over that it was repaired and sent back to me. ALL LIES. I advise no one to buy anything from this site EVER!
