Joseph Dileo CEO at LV Restoration Inc, Gianna Holdings, LLC Moleculair CEO of LV Restoration is a womanizer and racist. Joseph Dileo employees are ex criminals and drunks. This company did a project and when I found out his employees were under paid and I heard racist slurs, I chose to fire his company. Las Vegas Nevada

The owner of LV Restoration is correct, this webite is about the company. Joseph Dileo charater as a CEO owner I found disgusting that is why my company no longer wanted to work with LV Restoration. The way Joe talks about woman and treats them like objects. Found out that LV Restoration also under paids their Mexican employees. They have to accept what he gives because they will be jobless. While Joe was doing a job for my company, he said time and time again they are replaceable.
Joseph Dileo made racist slurs about blacks and Mexicans. His employees while on the job was drunk, and found out that they have been in jail. I found out in the community that Joseph Dileo did not work well with other businesses. When he didn't get his way would threaten lawsuits, put liens on possessions, or slander other business owners name in the community by fabricating stories. Joe Dileo would pull in favors who he would know in Vegas to destroy the individual. I would not hire this company. When you meet Joseph Dileo, he acts like he is the godfather and does not work individuals.
