I am appalled at the way i was treated. they didnt ask for any info verifing who i was, and then automatically demanded my check book, and when i said i wanted to send some info on my budget and where it falls on that and how i will get that debt paid off she automatically said i will put down you are unwilling to pay. i then asked for a manager and she then started to yell at me before even saying hello or her name. she hung up on me. so i called back and got a male, again no name just pull out your checkbook and pay, i am a nice person i may not always be able to keep up with bills, but when i get a call i do what i can to make it right. i know that what they are doing is illegal and they should be stopped, dont use this company.they dont care if your son is sick they just bully you into thinking they are better and we are scum that is what they said i was.
