My brother was finally able to get leave and have this bogus restraining order removed. There is still a child out there that doesn't have a father because of a selfish woman, but my brother now has a beautiful wife and they share gorgeous kids. He doesn't cry anymore. He is very happy.

I can totally sympathize. My boyfriend has a psycho ex as well and I've already reported her sorry self on this site. Lynda (his ex) was trying to take all kind of police and legal action against my boyfriend and myself for things that someone other than either of us did to her. She couldnt prove who did it so tried to pin it on whoever she was most pissed at, which was me. I hadnt ever done anything to her other than become involved with her former boyfriend long after they broke up. I told her to bring on the legal action because I had some charges of my own to file against her and that ended the crap pretty quickly. There has to be something the military can do to help one of it's own! Since he isnt a civilian, shouldnt this psycho girl have to go thru some other military court? Doesnt any military court or order override civilian orders? I dont know anything about this type of things, butmany attorneys give free consultations. Find one (or more than one) that will give a free consult and find out for sure if anything can be done for your brother. I hope you guys stick it to this immature, vindictive, unfit mother.
