YES! We as drivers need to stand up and together against K & B. It's the only way that things will change. We need to EACH file complaints with the U.S. Department of Transportation, our own state's Attorney General's office and our own state's elected officials. It wouldn't hurt to contact Tyson as well, as they are affiliated with K & B.

I have worked for K&B since 12/08. I agree with every post on this website. I have had all these things done to me plus more. I was fired while on the road for calling them liars (must have hurt there feelings). They made me wait for a load then routed me to the yard and decided not to fire me. Should have left while I had the chance. Found out they had withdrew my check from my account and caused $175.00 in overdrafts. They refused to pay me back for this and said that was the way they done business. I have had it and turned in my resignation today. I want to know why we as drivers from K&B don't get together and bust this company for there illegal DOT practices? Let's get together and stand up for ourselves against them and there false DAC reports.
