He tries to sell puppies and insists on moneygram payment prior to shipping. He has NO puppies and uses false references then changes phone numbers. He is a loser. Toledo, Ohio
Kenneth Brockman is a con artist that advertises the sale of bulldog puppies (and I'm sure other types) but has no puppies for sale. He wants moneygram payment prior to shipping his puppies. He give references that are scam artists as well. Once these references receive a call: he changes their phone number if there is a doubt that you may have found out about his past. Look online-research deep-you will find he has been a criminal since 1999.
I thought my children found the puppy of their dreams. I was uncomfortable about paying by moneygram before shipping puppy. I suggested Pay Pal or a credit card or wiring the funds directly into his bank account so that the transaction was traceable. He refused. This left me curious and researched his name.
Don't lose your money to this loser. He should be in jail. He has no idea how to earn an honest living and does not care that he puts families out of hard earned money and breaks hearts.
I hope he gets what he deserves!
