Kevin Keutzer Con Artist: Stole Money Through Real Estate Fraud and Not Full Disclosure. Known associates involved scams Thomas Lewis Scottsdale Arizona
Kevin Keutzer is involved in real estate fraud by convincing his "Clients" to invest in real estate with hard money at 18% interest and he only sells houses that are difficult to resell because he wants a higher return on investment since his money is being lent out at 18% interest without his clients knowing that they are being scamed. Once the client purchase the house, he will tell them that he will resale the house but he never markets the houses because he wants to make money with hard money. He will lie straight to your face that he is actively involved in trying to sell your house when in fact, he will tell buyers fauls facts to get them to not buy your house. Also, he will convince you to get a re-finance loan through his mortgage company because he has a mortgage broker license. If you allow him to refinance your 18% hard money loan, then he will delay the process to make more money for himself.
Dont let him convince you that hard money is the best option for your investments because he is only looking out for his own good. He will also sell you houses that are in less desirable location (Example: Near a landfill, out skirts of town, ect.) He will lie straight to your face to make more money for himself than for you (Like he claims he will do) and he does not care if you go bankrupt or not. Kevin Keutzer is a very dishonest person and dont let him convince you that you should trust him. If you are currently working with Kevin or Thomas Lewis, make sure you keep very good accounting records to prove that you are making a loss instead of profits like he will tell you are making.

Dont let him convince you that hard money is the best option for your investments because he is only looking out for his own good. I have never heard of this person and have no idea where this came from. This is a hoax and I can not believe anyone would be so low as to put anything such as this on a web site that could be so harmful. If this is true I ask that this person give proof that this happened that I stole money from them and committed fraud. I will not accept anything other than real proof by placing the information and documents of fraud on this site and be very specific. I want to know what hard money company I own with Thomas Lewis, I want everyone that would care enough to read this to see hard evidence that any fraud took place. Fraud is something that needs proof it is something that a judge would have knowledge of, in fact if I did commit fraud this would be a felony and I could not hold a Real Estate licenses nor an Insurance license which I do and am in good standing and can be referenced on the AZ Department of Real Estate, as well as the Az Department of Insurance. I want names of people that this affected and it must be in a formal document as well as a format that anyone can reference on this web site within this fictional persons records and can be reviewed by anyone that cares to read this, if fact lets have contact information of this person so anyone can speak to you about me. This did not happen I have no idea who this person is and according to my investagator this person never existed, but he also told me that he knows who they really are and I am looking forward to finding out. A side from the law I will share who they are with everyone which includes organizations that they may be involved with so those close to them know what type of individual they really are. If any reader would like please call me at 602-617-6377 I am more than willing to share with you any information of my closed sales and you will see that this person mentioned in this letter does not exist. In fact if this person would like to make contact with me and show who they really are I as well as my lawyer in Scottsdale wants to know who he/she is. According to my attorney he has assured me that we will go after this person with the full extent of the law due to the slander that is evident within this dishonest document. Truly any coward can hide behind these types of web based chat rooms but that is all they are. Anyone that knows who I am knows that this did not and could not have happen. I would like to actually meet this person that is if they are mentally strong enough to do so. So please show yourself so I can make amends, I can assure any reader this person is too weak to show themselves they would rather hide behind lies and personal fear. These types of people never amount to anything in fact I would not be surprised that even as an adult they still live off of their parents and will never grow up. So please let's let everyone know who you really are. As I mentioned I am willing to share my information with anyone that feel they need to know more about me. By the way I do know Thomas Lewis and I know him to be an extremely honest trustworthy person that anyone should be willing and honored to do business with. Thomas was a player in the NFL he has a strong work ethic and is a great person and has never owned a hard money company nor ever heard of this person or any instance that any of this happen. He has assured me that he has a lawyer that is very interested to know who this person is. By the way any web site such as this one that would allow anyone put something out their like what this person wrote about me with no proof is as much a hoax as the person that wrote this about me.
