Keyspire engages people to be involved with their membership base of over 1,000 real estate investors by becoming a member. It uses high pressure tactics to have you register as a member quickly after paying $1,000 to participate in their weekend training conference. The membership is about $15,000 with promises of support for coaching and access to their network of members and experts to build your real estate portfolio. The reality is, you learn simple tactics for evaluating real estate investment opportunities and access to a website with video learning modules and "so called coaching”, and introductions to qualified agents, broker group, accountants. But it really is not worth it for the magnitude of investment. The membership fee only covers you for about a year.

Access to coaching is so limited - really only about 3-4 sessions in reality because capacity is so large for them to keep up and sessions are only 30 minutes at a time. Their website is only available to you for that one year window. After that you have to pay another $1k+ renewal to access these resources. It really is a cash grab. You do benefit from some of the companies introduced to you and agents, but nothing you can’t find through other sources. I don’t recommend signing up but if you do, jointly sign up with someone else to help reduce your cost. The membership doesn’t make sense unless you have the credit or capital to do multiple investments of at least 5 or more properties, or the comfort level to partner on deals with strangers.

Also, if you don’t take advantage of the networking opportunity in the first year, you’ve pretty much loss the uptake you would have received from the membership as you lose access to tools such as the website which in today’s world of free access to information- content such as training videos should still be made available to individuals who have paid $15k in membership. In reality, the membership is worth more at the $5k price point but definitely not $15k. Scott and his partner sell you on their genuine interest to help clients, and while their company offers some help, their support is really quite finite and short term. In the end, it’s about the value you get for your investment, and having gone through the cycle, and knowing now what I know, I don’t think the value is there.
