Here is what you can do to help the investigation into Kids.com: 1. Contact Consumer Affairs for Camden County, NJ (if you were ripped off by the Kids.com Cherry Hill office). Their address is P.O. Box 9, Blackwood, NJ 08012. 2. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau at bbb.com. 3. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov. 4. Contact NBC 10 News in Philadelphia and reference my story they did on the Consumer Alert on 3/15/05. Be persistent and keep following through!!!!

Michael of Allentown, PA: I am so sorry to hear that yet another parent has been ripped off by Kids.com. Here is what you can do to help. File a complaint with consumer affairs. Since you were ripped off by the Kids.com Cherry Hill, NJ office, this is who you should contact: Camden County Dept. of Health & Human Services, Consumer Protection, P.O. Box 8, Blackwood, NJ 08012 (856) 374-6161. Also, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau at bbb.com and with the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov. I would also like to ask that you contact NBC 10 in response to my story. I hope this helps. I am also seeking an attorney.

We too were ripped off as well by Kids.com. We recieved a letter in the mail from them with a special code to call them regarding our daughter Analyse. We visited them at their Cherry Hill location for the interview. When we got there we felt unsure of the enviroment. But we proceeded because this was for our daughter and she loves the camera. We paid the $595.00 and we felt very sure things were gonna work out good for her. Its been about 6 months still no call or letters. This really didnt hit me until I took her for the "so called photo shoot". When we got there the photographer was in a broken down strip mall in a film developing shop. We went in and had the pictures done it was odd because the one photo my daughters hair was over her face and the photographer didnt stop to fix it, they just kept shooting. On our way home I knew something wasnt right. My wife had found this article about kids.com being a scam. I'm very upset and this. We are willing to do what we can to help bring these people down. Please contact us with info on how we can help. I also saw the article on NBC10.com about this issue.
