I purchase a window decal with hope of advertising it on the back window of my car fro other drivers to see with hope of them texting the message given: text/ zoom26373 to 385-21-decal. I would be paid! Well I began to try and regristar my decal but to no avail the website is available. What come up came up that Referralcars.com is a scam.
