I ordered hand painted letters from the Kimberly Kayatta-Wilkinson from her Ebay store, Kazie Designs. Like another poster, I did hear from her when she sent my order form. I also heard back from her after I sent that order form back and resent it, asking for confirmation. she finally responded saying that she received it and she was having 'major comp issues at this end'. I thought nothing of it. Towards the end of my 6-8 week wait for the letters (time period specified, which was beyond the limit to file a dispute!), I emailed her again b/c I was worried that I hadn't heard from her and wondered if she'd send me an idea of what she planned to do. No response. 8 emails and several phone calls later I realized I'd been had. I felt for her, being a mother, and even reached out asking if everything was ok? No response, not once. I feel terrible that she stole from me, just a little less trusting of people. Kudos to PayPal though, they did everything possible to remedy the situation. Excellent customer service!

I am saddened to hear of the reports filed on this site. There was a personal family crisis that came up that left me without childcare and with a lot of personal turmoil, in that time I did not stand in the way of refunds (I allowed paypal to refund) and worked hard to make sure the orders were completed. I am an individual person who completed very detailed and time consuming projects. Prior to this issue I received and completed orders for six months and had 100% satisifaction and perfect feedback on ebay. If there are people who have not received their orders or a refund it would be an error and I am in the process of ensuring all errors are rectified. Personal issue couldn't have come at a worse time as my business was taking off and there are a lot of orders to go through and make sure they were wrapped up. Unfortunantly, ebay is a contract between individuals and often things happen and refunds are given, etc. On a personal note, I don't appreciate my home address being placed on a public site. I am incredibly sorry that refunds were required. There was never an intention on scamming or fraud as all my information provided was valid, in addition to the hundred orders I completed previously. Ripoff Report also does not allow for posters to modify, nor do they check the validity of claims, or allow a poster to notify they received their order and/or refund. Please bear that in mind. I know how it feels to be upset and wish to post and vent. I have lost things on ebay, people have backed out b/c of personal circumstances and I've had to take refunds. Some I'm sure were scamming, some I'm sure were legitimate. I'm very sorry that anyone had a bad experience, it certainly hurt me to have to close my little shop and cease and activity I loved. I also encourage anyone who is dissatisfied to please contact me via email.
