Ordered two 16" bundles of hair; they sent me one 16" and one 18". I sent back the 18" and they re shipped me the shorter hair-14" (which I was fine with). The shorter hair looked NOTHING like the 16" hair I already had. Two completey different textures. I emailed them, saying I need hair to match, of course...they did not respond for TWO weeks. You can only reach them by email. They didnt even respond to the photos I sent of the mismatched hair, someone named Avery James just emailed me the no refunds policy. I understand the policy, but in a situation like this, where the product doesn't match...this is UNACCEPTABLE. I have since emailed them again, and have been ignored.
They also lie on their Customs forms and write that the hair is "synthetic fibers", which is ILLEGAL. I am so angry about this terrible customer service and being taken for $250 that I am going to report them to both US and Canadian Customs authorities.
Do not buy from them.
