Kirschenbaum & Phillips, P.C.--Collection Agency/ Attorneys At "Law???" These so called Attorneys (who are actually a Collection Agency) performed an Illegal seizure of bank funds from me, a woman receiving SS/Disabillity and Worker's Comp. They now refuse to release the funds and insist on seeing several months worth of bank statements which I feel is none of their business since I have been on disabillity sine 2002. And, they are not even the original creditor. Levittown New York
Kirschenbaum & Phillips, P.C., Attorneys at Law, who is also a ruthless collection agency, raped my checking and savings account for more than $4,700. According to their last correspondence with me, and my most current credit report, I only owed the Original creditor around $2200. They are now refusing to release the funds even though I am on SS/Disabillity as well as Worker's Comp and it is illegal to seize funds from someone whose soul source of income is obtained this way. Now they are insisting on seeing 3 months worth of bank statements. Why? I have been disabled for almost 7 years. We have proof of that. Why should what and how I spend my money be any of their business. I use my debit card for EVERYTHING from gum to condoms. Don't I have a right to privacy? The bank was satisfied by my proof and would have released the money but claims they can't unless they receive a release from Kirschenbaum & Phillips. To make matters worse, K & P were incredibly nasty, refused to send me a copy of the legal papers allowing them to seize this amount in funds-even though it is not owed to them, and tried to claim I was served last year on March 6th (when I was in Florida) and that the process server said I weighed around 130 lbs, and was about 5ft 6" tall and 32 yrs old ( I am 115 lbs, 5ft tall and 45 yrs old!!!) so who ever he served with papers wasn't even me!!!!! I have no choice but to find a lawyer of my own and sue them I guess!
