This company refuses to pay me what it owes me. This could not happen at a tougher time of the year.I will be filling a lawsuit shortly and would suggest that you, as a comsumer, choose to look elsewhere to do your business.

I'm shocked to hear the negative report about Klapprodt Pools and have to doubt the validity. Not only did Klapprodt build my amazing pool two years ago, they also provide my weekly pool maintenance. As with any custom-built project, there is a bit of a tweaking process which can be necessary shortly after completion. Since my pool was no exception, I had the opportunity to work with Klapprodt's warranty division as well as their sales & construction teams. On all counts, the service and quality could not have been better! Joel Klapprodt was personally attentive to my concerns, and took extra time to ensure my complete satisfaction as well as my understanding of the pool, it's systems, and maintenance needs. I have referred many people to Klapprodt Kustom Pools & Spas, because of their dedication to qualtiy. I have no fewer than five friends & clients who have hired Klapprodt to build their pools, and have NEVER known of them to have issues. Aside from my Pool experience with Klapprodt, I also purchased an infrared dry sauna from their retail store, as a birthday gift. Both Joel and Josh Klapprodt adjusted their personal schedules to accommodate my need for a secret delivery. The two of them personally delivered and set-up the the unit. After the gift was given, Joel called to make sure it was perfect, and offered his accommodation of return of exchange if necessary. Of course the sauna was a huge hit and is now enjoying is busy days in my pool house. I simply can't emphasize enough that the Klapprodts has shown me that they are a family of no-nonsence business people who ensure that their product is not only the best in the industry, but also comes with unwavering excellent customer service after the sale. Bravo!
