I purchased a coffee maker on December 7th, 2012 for $19.11 from Kmart.com and picked it up on the same day. On December 9th, I noticed I was charged 3 separate times for the same coffee maker which totaled $57.33. I immediately contacted Kmart.com and they said there was a mistake and will refund my money.



A week after not getting refunded, I contacted them again, they apologized, and said we should get a refund in the next couple of days. A week later, still nothing. We then get an email from Sears saying their records show us only being charged once and now have to produce bank records to prove our claims. So I called them up, they said they see the mistake and gave me the email address to send a copy of my bank records.



Over 4 weeks into this, I started finding different email addresses to contact sears including [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] were I was assigned a case manager who called me at the end of business on the 11th of January 2012. I returned his call twice last week (Monday, Wednesday, and an email Friday) and still haven't heard back from him. the [email protected] also emailed me and said 8 days ago I would be contacted for a refund within 5-7 days.



I've spend countless amount of time (over 10 times) contacting them with empty promises and now am resorting to spreading the word of how horrible Sears and Kmart is to their customers.
