Owner of knowyournanny.com, Michael Giordano, could not provide any evidence or proof that item was damaged. It was returned in the exact condition it was received. Claimed that he had proof, but then refused to send any of it. Complete fraud!

Paul Wideman of Atlanta Georgia purchased a cube clock nanny cam with internet viewing. The clock was delivered in a timely manner in new condition. Paul had issues with the set-up and internet connection. He contacted our tech. for support, our tech tried to help him and he still could not get the unit to work. I offered him a new unit at no cost to him and he declined. He was issued a return authorization # to return the product. When we received the return the face of the cube clock radio was damaged and needed to replaced to return the unit to new condition.
We make sure all our products are in new condition prior to shipping specially any returned products. Under no condition will we sell a product with scratches or any other cosmetic damages caused in a return process.
Paul was charged to $55.00 to replace the face of the clock that he damaged while in his possession and shipping charges that are not refundable.
We have been in business since 1996 and have sold thousands of cameras, this is the only complaint registered with this web site
I stand solid behind all our products and all customers can contact me with any questions or concerns.
This is a family owned business, we have provided quality nanny cams and support for years and will continue to do so moving forward.
