I have been a satisfied customer of K's for over 20 years. They always have the lowest price, but slow to get the parts. Since you did not drive it into their shop without tires and rims I would suggest an employee took the tires and rims at night. I am doubtful their insurance company would deal directly with you without K's filling a claim first. If you get no satasfaction I would take them to small claims court. It is pretty much a no brainer since it had to have tires and rims going in. Just show the reciept for the tire and rim purchase and you should win. One final thought though. K's is a salvage yard, I would never take a car to be repaired there. Leave that to the specialists.

In your situation I would suggest that you contact k's acres insurance company to get the money back for the rims. Due to there care they are liable for any theft on there property. I would also suggest that you contact your insurance company so they can help you in this situation.
