I called the Customer Care Department for the third time to cancel this account as it makes my face itch. The first time I called WAS during the trial period. I got the run around and finally they said they would cancel the order. All I have received was the trial period that you only pay shipping and handling. In checking my bank account, I saw that the Avila Company deducted TWO additional charges from my account. The first amount deducted from my account was$98.41 on 12/7/2017, and another charge for $97.14 on 12/11/2017.
I was told again that the product (Avila) will be cancelled again but they WOULD NOT return my money. Their advertising stated that I could cancel with out additional charges in the trial period. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, I was told there is not a supervisor and they were not going to return my money and then the Customer Service rep hung up on me. I live on Social Security and need my money returned to my account immediately.
