First E-mail
With reference to the above subject matter, we wish to formally
notify you of the transfer of your Fund, €1,500,000.00 (One Million ,
Five hundred Thousand Euro only) .
However, we like to inform you that the external audit department
has gone through your file and discovered the absence of the
Mandatory Security/Handling Charges of €4,550.00 Euro
(Four Thousand, Five Hundred and Fifty Euros Only) required
to obtain all legal Clearance Documents relating to the transaction.
which is a necessary condition for us to carry out the transfer of
your fund. We therefore urge that hence your fund is transferable
to a non Spanish residence account , the documents must be
submitted to the external audit department of the Bank as a
prerequisite for the transfer of your fund. Consequently, the
transfer application of your fund to your stated Bank Account
has been rejected .
You are advised to contact us for the method of the payment
for the Mandatory Security/Handling Charges of €4,550.00
Euro (Four Thousand, Five Hundred and Fifty Euros Only) to
allow us complete the transfer process and bring your fund
