LA Fitness Body Of Change Personal Training There are no "free" personal training sessions 9190 STATE HIGHWAY 121, Texas
I recently signed-up for a healthcare membership, and personal training sessions at LA Fitness at Preston & Highway 121.
What I didn't know, when the personal training manager told me he could offer free sessions (at zero cost), was that there are no free sessions. My personal training sessions, for which I signed a 6-month contract (2x per week) at $40 per session, began end of February, where I paid the deposit $150, and the first full month $320.
To top it off, the personal training manager offered (out of the goodness of his heart) to provide me with 8 free training sessions (2x per week, for 1 month)
You're probably wondering what I was wondering -- why pay for the first month if the first month's session is "free"? It's not free -- I will be undergoing training for the next 6 months, and I will be paying for my sessions every month at the rate of $320. So, what's free about that? Nothing, really.
Don't be suckered. If you'd like to do personal training sessions, sign-up with a personal trainer who is not affiliated with LA Fitness -- can't speak for the other global fitness chains.
