I purchased a 2000 Chevy Tahoe limited on the 2/4/2012. I put 1800 dollars down. George the manager was helping me. Looked at the truck and decided to test drive it. I told George that the transmission was slamming into gear. He said he would look at it. When I returned George said "Hey Marc I have good news we installed a new transmission for you". I test drove the truck again and it seemed ok so I gave him 1800 and told him I would give him the rest in a few days, So we filled out the paper work and I took the truck home. The next day the transmission goes out and I had it towed. I called George and told him my situation. He picked the truck up and kept it for almost two weeks.When I returned to pick the truck up he asked for the 200. I told him I had to pay towing fees, rent a car fees etc. Told him to give me a week. Took the truck home two days later the transmission breaks again, and had to have it towed. Called George, He picks the truck up 3 days later and keeps it for two weeks. I called a lawyer and he arranged for the owner to give me the 1800 back. When I spoke to the owner about dropping the truck off he said he would only give me some of it back. So we talked and agreed upon him changing the interest rate from a 21 to a 17 and he would give me a bumper to bumper warranty through Chevy. Next thing I know he repossesses the truck and then charges me 100 for my tools that were inside. Now he will not answer my calls nor return any. He reported a repossession to
