Landmark Home And Land Company Liars, fraud, did not perform services, will not return calls, Stay away from Mike Tuma, Frank Tuma Ripoff Michigan City Indiana
Provided Landmark a CAD file set of house plans and requested several changes. Several weeks later the plans came in a PDF file (a CAD file was requested. None of the requested changes were made.
Frank/Mike at Landmark would no longer return phone calls. They claimed I did not provided all the requested changes timely, yet I provided the changes before provide the CAD files.
Avoid Landmark at all cost. They will talk a good talk to get your money then no longer be responsive. Made a lot of false representations.

We take pride in our company, plans, products and services. We also take pride in our customers projects. We have helped many customers all across the United States design and build their new homes.
This particular complaint went to mediation with the Better Business Bureau and it was found to be unsubstantiated and that Russell did not have any valid claims. They found that we were diligent in our efforts. If you check our BBB report it will show we are an Accredited business with an A+ rating.
The BBB found Russell's statements to be false and inaccurate. As this particular complaint has been addressed in an unbiased forum, and found that we were correct, and Russells complaint was invalid, we are happy to say that we continue to take care of each and every customer and help them build their new home.
