I found an ad in Small business Opportunities Magazine on this company. I read their advertisement and decided to check them out on their website. Their website claims that you can purchase laptops from 2nd and 3rd tier suppliers for very little money. I sent away for their information package that was supposed to be mailed to me. What I got was very poorly written e-mails with " training " modules that had little information. I also had spoken to Kyle Stevens several times on the phone and he had mentioned I could by laptops direct from them. I sent them a cashiers check for 14 laptops. I have not seen a reciept or been able to get anyone to contact me in anyway except single sentence e-mails back without any reference to my requests for a reciept or their tax information or any information for that matter.The said it would take 6 to 8 weeks to recieve the laptops! The individual I have spoken to on the phone is very unprofessional and I am hung up on every time I call. I checked into their internet " whois" file and the name and number of the website owner is bogus and they own over a hundred other domains that they are probably using to scam other people. Under the threat of litigation several time I finally recieved my certification number without any certification training at all and I contacted these 2nd and 3rd tier suppliers and they said I can get laptops shipped to me in less that 2 weeks! So why is it taking them 6 to 8 weeks to get them to me. I am leaving out many very frustrating details for the sake of this report being too lengthy. This company is the most unprofessional business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. To this point I have no laptops, no refund,I can not get any e-mails or calls returned. I sent them money on july 29th 2008 and have not recieved anything from them!!!!! They have been using the earthquake there as an excuse on why they are having such difficulties. I sent them and they cashed the check on the day of the earthquake. They didnt have any problems cashing that check but everything else is all screwed up????
What a rip off this place is.

I need anyone and everyone that has been ripped off by this company to contact me through this site. I am getting a class action lawsuit together against this company! I need as many people as possible to fill it out with me.

This is a word for word transcription of my most current phone conversation with KYLE STEVENS. I have to call approximately 20 to 30 times before they will pick up the phone. Usually they shut it off for an hour and I leave several messages and then once the cell phone is back on I continue to call until they pick up. OK here is the conversation. Kyle finally picks up the phone..... KYLE:IS THIS JOHN ( last name here )? ME: yes KYLE: I got your 75 f**king emails and your 20 messages. ME: where is my refund? KYLE: we resent your f**king refund 2 days ago ME: I dont believe a word that comes out of your mouth Kyle. KYLE:Well then f**k you. KYLE hangs up on me.... Why would they have to resend my refund? I have never recieved the first one???? I was promised a refund on October 20th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KYLE STEVENS, DAVID SHAPIRO, AND WHOMEVER ELSE WORKS FOR THIS DISGUSTING EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY SHOULD ALL BE ARRESTED ON FRAUD CHARGES. I WAS PROMISED A REFUND AND HAVE NOT GOT IT STILL! I WAS TOLD THAT REFUNDS ARE ONLY GENERATED ON THE 20TH OF EVERY MONTH. WELL ITS THE 30TH AND STILL NO REFUND! I AM GOING TO MAKE EVERY DAY FOR THESE PEOPLE AS UNBEARABLE AS POSSIBLE. I HAVE A LAYWER AND HE IS GOING TO FILE A REPORT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION!!! I AM ALSO IN THE PROCESS OF ADDING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AS WELL!

I recieved an e-mail saying that they only give refunds on the 20th of every month and that I would be getting a refund in the mail. I e-mailed them back to get some kind of confirmation to this effect. I have not recieved any correspondance from the what so ever. I have called and left voice messages and plenty of e-mails and no responce. I checked out their who-is file and the name, address, phone number, and all other information on there is bogus. I have seen other people writing reports about them on other sites. I will be contacting the Fedreal Trade Comission on October 23rd if I do not recieve my refund by then. Since they say they import laptops into the country I am sure the FTC will be more than happy to check all of their records. I recieved a letter from my bank showing where they cashed my money order. My lawyer is in contact with them now to see if we can get at least a legitamate name and address for these felons.
