LASSALE CONSTRUCTION, ripoff Do not honor punchlist and disrespect to the home buyer STERLING HIGHTS Michigan
My house is less then three years old. My concrete on my driveway is lifting in 3 foot and 4 foot sections. The top is peeling off like a bad sunburn.I filed a complaint with the Township where I live.
But, to no avail they would only give me the 18 month rule. We all know what is going on there between the builder and the building inspector. As I was saying it's all crap to me. I do not salt my driveway and the builder said he had test taken on the concrete. After I requested a copy of that test. A week later he sent me a letter indicating he was mistaken and he looked at it and said "It looked like it was caused from road salt". And if I did'nt like it call his Lawyer's. I guess they don't worry about there reputation! Please confront thease jerk home builders. I GUESS WHEN HOUSES ARE SELLING THEY DON'T GIVE A d**n. WE'LL SEE WHO GETS THE LAST LAUGH WHEN THE MARKET BOTTOMS OUT !

I retract any statement that may construe Lassale Construction or any public official of doing anything illegal.I was wrong in any comment that was made to that regard.My apoligy to Lassale Construction or any public official it may have offended. I should not have made thease comments.
