Last Resort Marketing, Inc. Last Resort Time Share - They take your money and never call you back! Largo Florida
This "company" has a website where they promise to advertise and then rent or sell your timeshare week. Once you give them the one time 1000.00 fee they will advertise and arrange your renters for years to come. You make that fee back in the very first rental. You keep the entire rental income.....?
REALLY??? Since 8/15/07 when I signed up they have not rented even one of my weeks. And now the phone goes straight to voice mail and they do not return any of my calls. I even went on the website and inquired about renting a week (as if I were looking for a week to rent) and they never responded!!! No wonder they haven't rented any of my weeks - they don't respond to people who want to rent!
THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! In my last message I said if they don't call me back that I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and Ripoff Report. They still did not call back. I will also now file a police report.
From now on I will just advertise myself on Craigslist or Ebay.
