Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I started the program in October of 2005. I was to have $156 deducted from my account for Four Credit cards and $30 of it was to go to the company for their services. It was to consalidate and rebuild my credit. I had signed up with Credicure and In Novemeber of 2005 I was getting calls from my Credit cards stating that there had been no payments made. I checked my Bank account and they had been taking out the $156, so I called the compnay; Creditcure. They stated that the proposals had to be accepted and not to worry about in. In December the payments were finally applied to my cards. However the months of October and November were still in limbo and the deductions taken from my account was not posted anywhere, so again I called the company; Credicure.

They stated that those payments would be posted at the end and I would not have to make the last two months of payments. Sounded fair, we were up and running. The credit cards were getting their payments and my bank account was being deducted on the 16th of each month.

Then in August of 2006, i started getting calls from the credit card company's stating they had not recieved a payment since July 2006. I called the company and was notified that Credicure went out of business and that Law Office of Richard A. Brennan had taken over. I was given their number and sent on my way. I called the office of Richard A. Brennan and delt with a Joy Flannery who stated and confirmed that Creditcure went out of business and that she was personally taken care of my accounts.

I was sent documentation of the take over and was given paperwork to fill out. I never signed anything that aloud this company to take money. By September 2006 no payments had been applied since July and in one case June of 2006. One card; Sears, had actually continued recieving their payment.

I tried to reach Joy again, I tried to reach the Office and even sent several e-mails. No one was returning my calls. Without any further information as to what was going to be done, I cancelled my program with thier offices and Credicure. I put a stop on thier automated payments from my accounts and that is when I finally heard from Joy Flannery again. Joy Stated that I needed to send in copies of my statments and then they would look over them and refund whatever money was due to me.

I sent in a detailed letter and copies of my statments in October of 2006. No one returned my call, I could not reach Joy and I was at a dead end. I had totaled the amount up and in all I am owed $406.00 by this company. More if you take in consideration that they royally screwed my credit. I am a mother of two and desperatly trying to get on track again. I had almost given up when I stumbled onto this report. I thought just maybe I was not the only one and something was being done. I have no money to hire a lawyer, so I never pursued on a legal level. I am so grateful that this report is out there and that I might still have a shot at being refunded my money.

Thank you,

Angela
