I worked for Roni a few years ago. I was blown away by how greedy she is. I overheard her and her brother Russell talking on a walkie talkie from different offices concerning an irate client that had had no resolution to their case for a couple of years. Roni said she was instructing her staff to keep sending the irate client massive amounts of paperwork to fill out in hopes that the client wouldn't fill all of the paperwork out and she could therefore "fire" the client for non-participation because the client's case was taking up too much of her staff's time. How unprofessional is that? I've been calling the IRS's hotline at least three times a year since 1999 reporting a lot of abuses and infractions of attorney and tax laws since 1999. The IRS hasn't put her out of business yet. I wonder if she's paying them off too.

Scott Juceam told me that Roni gives her mother gifts that cost in the tens of thousands of dollars at company Christmas parties so she can write them off as business expenses. Sound illegal? Scott Juceam told me that Roni advised him to hide his boat, cars and money in his fiance's name so he would qualify for an OIC. He also said that she switched pay scales for Scott and Lorena so he would me less on paper and qualify for an OIC. Sound illegal? Scott Juceam told me that he and Russell Deutch go to an oriental tanning/massage place that has been busted for prostitution to get "the extra special massage" on a regular basis. They are both married. Sound sleazy and illegal? Scott Juceam told me that Roni gives him well over the $10,000 each year in unreported cash payments so he doesn't have to pay taxes on it. Sound illegal? I am so glad I found out about these people before I got more involved with their family than I did.

Roni has her mother on the payroll. Her mother doesn't work there. Roni presents her mother with very expensive gifts at the annual company Christmas party. I think she does this to write her mother's gifts off as business expenses. Sound illegal? Roni did an OIC for her step brother, Scott Juceam. Scott liked to brag me and several other employees that Roni switched paychecks with him and his fiance so he would make quite a bit less on paper so he would qualify for the OIC. Sound illegal? Russell Deutch has "Directors of Taxation Services" (telemarketers) tell potential clients that the firm is almost at the limit for clients for the month. There is no limit. This is told to potential clients so they don't hesitate to pay. Sound unethical? Russell Deutch and Scott Juceam (as told to me by Scott Juceam) are regular customers at Beach Tanning. This business has been busted more than once for operating as a house of prostitution. Russell Deutch and Scott Juceam are both married. Sound sleazy? It was rupted that Roni had a female employee fired for fear of reporting unwanted sexual advances. Sound illegal?
