I have been a client of ALG since shortly after the initial complaint above. I was first introduced to the company by Kevin, the originator of the complaint, who left the company shortlly thereafter.
After almost a year, I can assure you that ALG is very professional and treats their clients with respect and courtesy. As a matter of fact. Mr. Carroll, who is mentioned in the post, is particularly kind, well spoken, intelligent, and resourceful. He never misrepresented himself, or anyone else in the firm to me, and I found him to be far more knowledgeable and helpful than any of the lawyers I've dealt with.
As for the other members of the firm, I found them to be efficient, reliable, and courteous. The Rip-off Report was absolutely wrong in every respect, and posting it is in the worst spirit of the Internet. Frankly I am shocked that the initial report is still there slandering some very good people in light of the fact that it was initiated by a disgruntled employee, not a consumer.
I heartily recommend ALG to anyone who has been manhandled by a bank or a mortgage company. They know what they are doing, they are very good at it, and they will not let you down.

This was a frivolous blog from an ex-employee named Kevin McMullen that was terminated from ALG because he was signing up ineligible candidates for the Firm without the Attorney's approval, in retaliation he wrote this erroneous blog, ALG actually sued him personally and won by Default, but unfortunately the blog still hasn't been removed.

It is not clear how they stole your "clients." or why they would owe you anything. Perhaps you can explain. Also, you incorrectly identified the attorney. It should be: Romel Ambarchyan whose State Bar number is 245216. State Bar records show this attorney as active and in good standing with no discipline history. If you are an attorney, you already know what to do. If not, I don't understand the grounds for your complaint.
