I have been working in the debt settlement industry for many years and have worked with many lead sources. LRG is is hands down the worst company Ive ever worked with. Its ran by a bunch of children who know nothing about what they are selling. Take Jesse Mullen for instance....This guy will say yes to every concern you have. When I set up a trial period with them I was dissapointed with their product in so many ways. Just look at how they get their leads. If you see the site the customer has to fill out, you'll see that it is very misleading.

I see that there was another complaint about this company, but it was not to informative. It seem that the Reps at LRG were trying to fix the issue. Its funny cause when I called to complain. They never returned my called till I spoke to their VP of sales. I went over the program with him and he said that I was quoted wrong and that I was misinformed about they way they do business. They did refuse to issue a refund and didn't stop the campaign. I just think that if you lie to set someone up in a program you shouldn't be in business.

I eventually got some (spam) marketing emails from Jesse. I asked him to stop sending me e-mail and that I wont be using them in the future. He replied that I know nothing about the industry I'm in and That I will fail in the future. . . . . . I'm happy to say I found a great lead source that is not only a better price but more reliable. Just shop this company before ever working with them...they truly are a rip off!!

Client Satisfaction Is Our Priority

We’re a company focused on client satisfaction. We do everything within our power to ensure that our clients are happy and well-informed. We in no way ever intentionally deceive potential clients. As with any business, misunderstandings do happen on occasion. We take all of the steps to try to amend these types of situations when they arise.

All of our employees are trained in the industries that we provide services for. We are well-versed in the debt settlement industry. Perhaps what happened here was a difference in philosophies. We have thousands of satisfied clients, who have no qualms with our products. It is possible that we just weren’t a match.

Our customer care department deals with all customer issues. On the rare occasion that they do not know the appropriate way to handle a situation, the issue is passed on to upper management. This is probably why you spoke only with the VP of sales. I can assure you that they did everything that they could to mend the situation. However, sometimes there is nothing we can do to satisfy the client’s demands.

We focus on honestly and building long-term client relationships. We apologize for any misunderstandings in your case. It seems however, that ultimately this issue was just a matter of personal preference. We’re pleased to hear that you found a company that meets your needs.
