Leaders Merchant Services is very sorry to hear that this merchant has had a poor experience with us. The merchant raised two points we would be glad to address and fix, if possible. First, the merchant mentioned that they recieved a Non-Qualified credit card processing rate of about 5.00%. LEADERS would like to point out that if this is the Non-Qualified rate that the merchant is charged, then it was very clearly stated on the merchant's contract. This is also true of any other fees that the merchant will be charged. Everything is clearly disclosed, and if at any time the merchant would like a copy of the contract he/she signed, we are more than happy to send it. LEADERS also has adopted a policy to help out merchants who have misunderstood or not properly read their contract by offering the cancellation of additional services and refunds of up to 6 months of certain fees. This is something we do for the benefit of the merchant. Any poor experience that this merchant had in which they were told LEADERS "could do nothing about" a fee is not something that many merchants should hear anymore - there are only certain serious situations where we cannot help a merchant out. Second, the merchant shares that they had a horrible time getting supplies for their manual imprinter. We are astounded that it took a month to get imprinter slips. These are items we try to keep on hand at all times and even FedEx rather than sent via regular US Postal Service to make sure they get to merchants on time. LEADERS is VERY sorry for the merchant's poor experience getting supplies. I have spoken with my Technical Support Department and retrained and confirmed with them that they not only send out all supplies the day they are ordered, but that they also keep complete notes within the system so they can always track any call made by a merchant. No merchant should have a problem of this kind again. LEADERS has done much to change our way of serving our merchants. Without our merchants, there is no LEADERS. We accept our social responsibility to our public and are constantly improving ourselves as a result of the input we receive. Please note - LEADERS is no longer an ISO/MSP of JPMorgan Chase Bank, but we were at the time this complaint was posted. LEADERS always has proof of our relationship with the backing bank we are registered with, and have no problem proving our validity.
