Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Dear Sirs:

This is a Home Improvement business that doesn't have too good a work ethics in their business practices.

This man (Glenn Lee)... owner of this business is

bad about "pressuring" certain of his customers to pay up.... before work is completed. And this time... he's avoiding getting in touch w/ me (owner of my home)... about finishing up his work. And I've gotten a call from his wife, & she was harrassing me about getting back in touch w/ Glenn Lee about this.

You see, I've sent letters down there to his

home & she (his wife) opens up most of his mail too.

But "right" now after 1 wk. (since last letter was

mailed out)... the business owner still hasn't got in

touch w/ me at all. (He's always claiming that there's

something going wrong w/ him or in his household... the

reason that he can't get back in touch w/ me.) But

after many wks. of this... I'm not buying anything that

he says. ('Cause he's been seen going way out of town

.... on many of these wks. too.)

You see too... I've got my own share of health problems (as Sr. Citizen... almost 59 here).... & I would

like for a peaceful settling out of this matter... w/o

no court, or attys. either. (I don't want to handle

this matter w/ lawsuit, or thru the courts either.)

Please reply back, & let me know... what I can

do about this "big" problem w/ this business too.

(ED this is my UPDATE.) Lee's Home Improvement Weaver, AL 36277 This man (G. Lee, owner of this business) is bad about pressuring certain customers to pay up front, way before he finished the work. And then he disappears on to work on other projects he has going. And thereby leaving such a customer "dangling" as to when he'll get back & finish his work too. And this isn't good, for business reasons either. To do such customers this way. And it's felt that there's got to be a "peaceful" settling out with such a customer of getting their work completed without all the stress of tracking this workman down like this too. This report was sent in by a close 76 yr. old relative of this Sr. Citizen too. With hopes too that this workman won't allow this Sr. Citizen to be dangling much longer before he this workman will finish the work too.
