legacy publishing refusal to refund monies misrepresenting money back guarenteed promise advertized non responsive new richmond, Wisconsin
My business partner, Margaret, ordered the total transformation program materials on a phone in sales promotion off of the radio, offered with a moeny back guarentee , and for free if questionaire was completed and sent to them. THe sailes person took her debit credit card number for the initial charge downpayment for the program materials. She did the questionaire and sent it ,and then changed her mind on wanting the program . She called 7 times, with no one answering each time, letting phone ring up to 10 rings or more . No response. THey recently sent a demand for payment of 260.$ and threat of collections if she did not pay. She finally called back and got someone who refused cooperation, an Erik . She complained and got no cooperation in the refund request. I am calling them and credit card company card fraud department. THis is the second like complaint we know of reported to your agency on this company. Please assist us in stopping them charging her card and in getting the refund. , TIm
