I wish I had read up more on this company. They are the worst to deal with. Wonderful to sell you something, but when (and it will) something goes wrong, all you get is runaround.
I bought a brand new hot tub, up and running 11/13 - by 2/14 yes, 3 months - it was leaking from the beginning, called dozens of times for service and after they try to troubleshoot you for hours, you still never get them to come out.
just don't do it. Since then I have seen and heard horror stories of their products. Use a reputable company always.
