 I have been waiting for now almost over a month for a pair of my Solotica lenses from the website lensmarketplace.com. It says specifically on their website with normal registered shipping to the U.S. it takes 10 to 14 business days. From Oct 26 2012 to Nov. 23 2012 it has now been nearly a month with only a notice that it has left Saul Paol, Brazil on November 12 2012. The most recent update has been that it is now being shippd from its original origin on the 16th!!! I have ordered contacts from Italy and recieved them with regular shipping in three days. This will be my third time ordering from this site and have never had a issue with them. Now it seems they have forgotten about loyal customers and I will never order from here again. The customer service representative Alex repeats himself that they normally take 10 to 14 business days to reach their destination. UHH....DUH. Its been longer than that Alex. Its like they have a manual email to just hit send on the same complaint. I had friends who were going to order from this site but have now retreated because of my bad experience and crappy customer service. Oh and there is no number to even call if you need to even try to talk to them. Not like that would be easy since its all in PORTUGUESE. Please take your hard earned money else where and definitly if you are brave enough to order from this website DO NOT pay the extra 40 bucks on express shipping because I can guarantee you that it wont happen!!!!
