Leonard Corley claimed to be able to get artists tracking for major radio airplay and took over 45,000 from a total of 12 different artists. he claimed the tracking report could land a distribution deal Universal or Sony Records to which he claimed to have ties with. Over the course of a year artist began making payments to Mr. Corley and not once did any of them receive a so-called tracking report. When we asked about the where abouts of said reports Mr. Corley claimed that because the payments were being made late that he could not provide one or request one from the company that he supposedly outsoursed the tracking to. I have never heard of such a thing. Regardless of the timing of the payments, Mr. Corley still got paid. After all payments had been satisfied Corley made up some excuse as to why the deal went bad and that Universal was no longer interested.
