I've had service with this wireless company for about 3 or 4 months now. I like the ideal of a service like this because there are no contracts...

Anyways, I've paid them every month for this service, and every month it takes them days to get my service start my service even AFTER my check clears.

This month they drew my money out on the 17th, and today they tell me that I haven't paid! Well, my online bank statement says different. This has happend for the last couple of months!

Last month they held my check for 10 days, or at least, that's what they said, but yet my bank statement said that they drew the money out a week earlier, and these people still said that the check hadn't cleared, and I had no service, but yet they had my money!

Also, about 2 weeks before my billing cycle ends I may have as many as 3 hundred minutes left, but yet, the next day, even though I haven't used the phone AT ALL, I'm drained down to 20 minutes!

I call these people, and nobody seems to know why or what's going on, and what's worse, these people know little English, so it's very difficult... Also, they refuse to refund my money this for this billing cycle though I haven't even had service. I was told to use these minutes up and then cancel! I could be purchasing another service with that money, and I can't user their service if it's not working!!!

The bottom line, I pay for a service, and I expect to have the service I pay for. I pay good, hard earned money to these people, and they DON'T CARE.

I want my money for this cycle back, so I can move on.
