Libertystore, all one word, is an EBay partner business that is extremely disappointing. We purchased a reconditioned iPhone for our son from them just over a year ago. It began to fail (couldn't see network) just a couple of months after purchase. It started working correctly again and we believed it was an odd Apple thing. It just failed completely in the same fashion. I understand we are well beyond warranty, but I believe a company should respond to customer complaints if only to say, "sorry." However, libertystore is entirely insulated within EBay. You cannot contact them except to complete an email form on the EBay site. They either do not get this email or choose to ignore it. After a certain, amount of time has passed, you cannot enter feedback about them either. Be warned, libertystore looks as though it could be legitimate because of its preferred EBay status, but they are just sleazy hacks.
