I purchased a $170 pair of sandals from this company on May 10, 2016, after seeing many ads on Instagram. Upon ordering, I never received an email confirmation. After about 2 weeks and 4 emails that went unanswered, I decided to call. At this point, they updated my account and assured me that they had a shipping notification, for me. I immediately received a message with the link to the USPS shipping information, which didn't work. I waited the recommended 5 days for it to update, to no avail. I called them about 10 days after I received the shipping notification to question the timing of shipment. At this point, we were at the 30 day mark and as I was put on hold so that the representative could "check" on the timing, she came back to tell me that she went ahead and cancelled the sale. I told her that I didn't want to cancel the sale, I wanted the shoes! So, she put in another order, gave me a $35 discount, and informed me that they were made to order, by hand... In China. Every alarm bell went off in my head because I don't have a good track record with goods ordered from China. She also told me that the shoes would be sent within 7 days. I'm still not sure why she cancelled the order, considering she said that the shoes were back ordered; It made no sense. But, I hung on the 7-day promise. Well, we are now at August 2nd, just shy of 3 months. I received another non-working shipping notification 2 weeks ago, continued to check daily, but it never worked. I sent an email 3 days ago questioning this, but never received a reply. I called in this morning and got the same representative on the phone as 2 months ago, and she told me that they cancelled my order, yesterday and that I should be seeing a refund, shortly. What the heck? Granted, I was calling in with the intention of cancelling if they couldn't give me any information, but the fact that they've played with my money for three months and cancelled twice, without my permission, is just insane. This is a "shady" company and I recommend that you move along and spend your money, elsewhere. They, clearly, are a train wreck of a company.
