Lina Mendoza, Murals4kidz, Murals 4 Kidz Ebay SCAM Artist of children's WALL MURALS. Buyers BEWARE! Miami Florida
Well, I originally contacted LINA MENDOZA via her EBAY STORE, Kids murals N more, operated by Ebay id member name, Murals4kids! New Ebay userid: knr1214 (I just searched Ebay tonight & found this out). If you go to her Ebay feedback you will see she also had sold diet pills & just bought some tanning lotion & skin bronzers off EBAY (search her feedback from sellers)! This just gets more & more interesting, the more I find out about this SCAM ARTIST!
My contacts started through Ebay message system talking to Lina about doing a custom 13 piece fish & scuttle (Little Mermaid) Mural for my daughters' b-day. The first contacts started in February, beginning of March 2008! She detoured me to her personal website www.murals4kidz.com, outside of Ebay. She sent me an invoice via email & to pay via a google checkout.
She would not accept my Paypal account & my computer picked the google checkout as a nonsecure site ( At that point, I should have known). I ended up mailing her a personal check for $72.00-mid March! She cashed it 4/1/08. I have emails from her saying that 3 weeks max for my order. I contacted her about the 3rd week in April to check my status order, & she emailed me back saying that they would be shipping that week.
After waiting another week, I emailed her again & she emailed me saying they were shipping that week & would send me a shipping tracking #! She never sent the number & I never received. I emailed her again May 7th & she was acting like she was going to check with Post office, asked for my address again, & would get back to me! She never did. My daughters b-day was 5/20/08! I emailed her so many times in May after the 7th, & never no response.
Finally, the first week of JUNE (almost 3 months after my original orders/contacts with this women, or man-who knows?) I contacted the BBB! 1 day later after filing a complaint with BBB, I got a response back from a NICOLE via rebuttals. First, she was like, we have the murals in stock we will ship & give you a "free fish"! I declined the whole order & just wanted my money back, at this point I did not trust anything said!
Nicole wanted to know more information about my complaint (like she was going to help me)! I explained to her the whole Ebay thing & all my contact emails with Lina via [email protected]! I got an email from her (Nicole), and she called me a LIAR! Unbelievable by me, at this point. Nicole, also made a comment that she would make it difficult to get my money back! Guess what, I never got my money back, or my murals!
I will continue to seek justice & hope I will get payment back! Thank you, for the person who left all the awesome legal contacts! I will definatly do my part in contacting the proper authorities even futher. Thus far, I notified BBB, EBAY Security, and The Internet Crime Complaint Center; http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/! I noticed on Ebay tonight ,as mentioned above, she is no longer selling any items.
So I hope Ebay has suspended her for now, so she will not be able to leur any more people into this scam. I did notice her Ebay Userid name: Murals4kids was changed to the knr1214 ! When, I did an advanced search on Ebay Under the old name it linked me to this new userid! We will get her in the end. Everyone has to pull together & seek justice! The sad thing is, she is selling children's murals! This is very sad because most of us scammed were in search of a special project for our kids! So, seek justice not for yourself, but for your little one's, too!

You were promised a money order, Google Checkout is not a NON secure site, we have attempted and offered a refund VIA GOOLGLE 100's of times but you will not have it, so we have to mail your refund, you need to wait and receive it not jump and destroy, Don't allow Mrs. Devil Agatha to eat your brain she has done it with many of even the happy clients. Lina is currently not selling any murals, I am finishing all orders, I bought Taning Lotion, I used the Ebay to sell some items, is that OK with you?? Lina allows me to use it, do you allow me to use it???? Anyhow, Lina is out due to health but I am here to not allow you or anyone to hurt an honest person, it's not about hurting her business because she no longer has the business by choice and health reasons obviously so this is sole integrity, The FBI has more things that are important like Osama Bin-gone to Find. Anyone with any trouble since you say they are many?? Please e-mail me at [email protected], if you're tracking doesn't say received you will receive a refund. Thanks. We will not allowed to be scammed by buyers either. Destiny's label doesn't say received so she is elegible. Destiny I really hope we can make nice and have you your refund asap.
